We will send the items by the global postal service (EMS) or DHL .

Once we receive your payment, we will immediately arrange for delivery and tell you the transport tracking number by Email.

You can track it in shipping company website

Usually, you can receive items in 5-10 days(except special country). It depends on the speed of your country's Customs clearance.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you received the package and check ,if the goods have some problems you can contact us by E-mail, if it is non-people act as factor's product damage & losses. We would handle it as soon as possible.

 

2). 7 Days Money-Back Guarantee  

All our products come with an extensive 7 Days Money-Back Guarantee during which you can return the products for a refund.

a). If you just want to refund, once we receive your return, we will tell you by email.

b). the shipping cost is not refund ,because we have paid it to shipping company when we send it to you.

c). we will cancel discount if you order have used discount coupon.

d). when we refund you, we will charge the bank fee.

 

Which conditions , we provide replacement?

 

1. Return conditions If items are in the following condition:

you may return the item for an exchange within 3-7 days after you received it.

a). Quality issue

b). Totally damaged during shipping.

 

2.Due to below reasons, return for exchange or refund is not allowed.

a). Not interested any more for the product when you receive.

b). Order wrong product because of client's mistake.

c). Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by client. or Parcel return due to nobody at home to sign it or rejected the package .

d).The shoe'size and belt'size prroblem , Provide wrong size by customer side, we not accept return

f).Due to customs issues, we will not be responsible

If you need exchanged ,we will not bear any cost.

 

How to exchange/return products:

NOTE: In no event will be responsible for return-shipping losses. We will not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

 

1.Please E-mail all returns request back to:[email protected] Please choose "Returns"or "exchange" as a subject. In the message you need to state:

a). Return reason

b). Pictures of the damaged item

c). Order number or email for placing orders

We will contact you once we get your email.

And please “Do not return to sender.”since it is the invalid address. We will provide the address to you after your case has been verified. As soon as we received return parcel, we’ll send another brand new item as replacement after inspection.

 

2. Important notes for return and exchange

a).  When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3-7 days. With a long time, we can not verify defective item is we provide , or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.

b).  Gift, accessories (i.e. dust bag, straps, keys & padlocks, care booklet, copy of receipt) should be included in return parcel.

c).  Please make sure that the item is unused

Please be aware that returned items must be in new, unused and unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed

d).  It is very important that please ensure that all the accessories are complete, including covering the membrane on the metal and plastic on the shoulder strap, etc.or others when you return it.

e). Please insure the return. Otherwise, we will not bear on the lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping cost involved is not refundable.

When you ship back the items.please send email to tell us the tracking number,make sure you pack the items well and no damage of them.We will NOT provide any replacement if we receive the damaged return items made by shipping cause.

f). Online tracking number shall be provided after the parcel is shipped out.

g). If you choose "Free shipping "ways when you order , we will not bear the return shipping cost.Whatever the reason because you not pay the shipping cost when you order.

h). About the return cost, please keep your return shipping receipt, and scan it to us.

we will give you credit coupon ,you can use it in your next order.If customs fees are generated during shipping, we will deduct it,

i).  When we received your damaged items sent back, we will send the email to you, you can exchange to anything of the same price except special items.we will verify if back item is in good condition. We will ship new replacement to you by EMS/DHL(some special country).it will take 8 - 14 days for shipping.

j).  If you place a new order, we will put replacement together with your new order in one package.

 

Additional Terms

1) We are not bear the customs fee.
2) Due to customs issues or other issues, the customer rejected the package, the customer will bear the freight back and forth,and we will deduct it, including customs fees
If we do not receive the return, we will not take all responsibility,we can not do anything for you
